Standing Ovation

Title: Standing Ovation
Pairing/Character: Hermone/Ron Weasley
Word Count: 415
Rating: NC-17
Beta: [info]millieweasley - Thank you
Summary: Ron wakes in the night to find Hermione involved elsewhere
Author's Notes: This was to redress the balance for Ron/Hermione after reading a setting where Harry had been the duetting partner. Apologies to anyone I confused by changing the title after posting this. I realised that my last entry in this journal was also called Encore, and the title Standing Ovation fitted the bill well too.

Beta(s): Where would I be without [info]nimerha who was a darling with the language as well as information about the Emperor himself[info]millieweasley for her historial knowledge as well as her wonderful facts about cutlery and 'morning chocolate', and to [info]manynames for her unstinting input in overseeing my proper use of English
Author's Notes: In response to [info]millieweasley's Harry Potter History Challenge **here**. I'm taking some of our HP friends back to Vienna, 1786. It's terribly brave of my volunteer history advisors to allow me to take this on, I'm not too sure whether they'll encourage me back another time however! Act II, Scene I: Majesty? Who is this bloke?

Title: Riddle
Pairing/Character: Ron Weasley/Hermione Granger also starring Emporor Joseph II of Austria, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and a young Viennese maid named Alda
Rating: 18+/NC-17
Wordcount: 4,589
Summary: Part III: In the search for the remaining horcruxes Ron, Harry, and Hermione have been at Grimmauld Place hoping to find information about the locket. During their research Hermione accidentally happens upon something quite different - something which takes Hermione and Ron to St Mungo's on a visit to Gilderoy Lockart still in the Janus Thickey ward, until he in turn leads them back into the time of Emporor Joseph II and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart
Beta(s): I need to say a huge thank you to [info]millieweasley for her tremendous help with historial information as well as her wonderful encouragement, to [info]manynames for her input in overseeing my proper use of English, and to Amadeus the film for helping to confirm some (as I'd thought) long forgotten detail

A Bit of Magic is What That Is - Part III, The end!

Oh Ron, I am so sorry. It just wasn't finished without the third part somehow. I'll leave you be to have nice sweet girls, like Hermione now. At least for a while.

Title: A Bit of Magic is What That Is! Part III, The End
Pairing/Character: Ron Weasley, a Muggle girl called Sharon, and his colleagues from the Chudley Cannons
Rating: NC-17
Wordcount: 2,179
Summary: It's the night after Ron's first game as Keeper for the Chudley Cannons. The lads go down the pub after the game.
Author's Notes: Especially for those outside of the UK/Europe, Majorca is one of the Balearic Islands, in the Medditeranean Sea. It's name has a few different interpretations for pronounciation. That information might just help towards the end!

I am now off to join the queue for the boat to Special Hell. I hope to see some of you there!

Tying up yet another loose end!

Way back in July, on the twentieth to be precise, I wrote the first part of a personal piece as part of a joint writing exercise with [info]jeminigrl87 for [info]juliusgetsbusy. When I posted it **here** it was very rough, not (dare I say?) touched up at all. Twenty three minutes from the idea taking hold, the piece was posted in the journal with a promise for part two the next day. Well over two months later the second part wasn't written, until today. It was really hard to get the voice back. Part one was quite parody in tone, and that tone just wouldn't reappear, but part two is done. Another loose end tied up - at last!

For ease of archiving for my own use I'm going to repost Part One, if you've had it on your flist twice then many apologies! (There is a slight tweak at the end to allow the new Part Two to flow on, the old idea was just not sitting comfortably outside of the world of [info]rovender.)

Title: A Bit of Magic is What That Is! Part I
Pairing/Character: Ron Weasley and a muggle girl called Sharon, and Bert (his colleague from the Cannons) too
Rating: NC-17
Wordcount: 1,368
Summary: It's the night before the night before Ron's first game as Keeper for the Chudley Cannons. Bert has an idea for releasing a few tensions!

Title: A Bit of Magic is What That Is! Part II
Pairing/Character: Ron Weasley, Molly and Arthur Weasley - and guests, Bert Bertillini, Ragmar Dorkins
Rating: R for insinuations, though nothing happens!
Wordcount: 1,760
Summary: It's the night before the night before Ron's first game as Keeper for the Chudley Cannons. Bert has an idea for releasing a few tensions, sadly the occasion just serves to give Ron more - a lot more.

Title: Just a Bit of a Problem
Pairing/Character: Although it’s during Ron/Hermione, it’s not Hermione – Eeeeek!
Rating: NC-17 (Can you believe I’ve moved past G?)
Summary: Not quite the worldy wise wizard he’d like to be, Ron turns to a supplement in Wicked Witch magazine clearly intended to be used by the older (and less hormonally driven) wizard
Wordcount: 3,466
Author’s Notes: An unwritten prompt from a long ago challenge (I wrote mine) was Ron’s first experience with a girl after lots of previously solitary wanking. I think I contained that within here!

I should say this is for [info]jeminigrl87 as I let her down badly during July, in the middle of a month long writing experiment we undertook together. Sorry Erica, the apology has been a long time coming.

Thanks to [info]manynames for the speedy and efficient read through, and for finding all my niggly little errors.
